Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We visit the property, listen to what you want, and give you a written estimate at no cost and no obligation.

How long will my project take?

It depends on size, access and weather. A small patio or walkway can take days; a full backyard, retaining wall or grading project takes longer. You'll get a realistic timeline in your proposal.

Do I need a permit?

Often, for retaining walls above a certain height, grading, drainage changes and some concrete work. Requirements vary by city and county. We'll tell you what applies and help with the paperwork.
